A different kind of

coaching approach.

Most fitness plans are designed for someone with unlimited time, zero life pressure, and a fridge full of meal-prepped containers. Your week doesn't look like that. Neither does mine.

I don't coach people to follow a plan. I coach people to understand their own body — how to move it, load it, fuel it, and recover it — so they never need to rely on anyone else telling them what to do in a gym again. That's autonomy. And it's the thing that actually makes fitness stick.

I apply neuroplasticity principles to every session — understanding how the nervous system adapts to movement and stress, not just how muscles respond to load. It's the difference between training a body and training a system.

How we build — layer by layer

1

Movement first

10 minutes of walking, three times a day. Simple, achievable, and the foundation everything else is built on.

2

Structured strength

Two full-body sessions a week. Clear, progressive, with technique that gives you confidence to train alone.

3

Food awareness

No eliminating, no tracking. Just recognising what isn't serving you — and gradually eating a little less of it.

4

Nutritional balance

Once the habits are in place, we look for protein, carbohydrates, and good fats in every meal. Naturally, not obsessively.

Why clients stay

You leave knowing what you're doing — and why.

Full autonomy from day one

I show you how to set up a bench, load a bar, adjust a machine, and read your own body. So when you walk in without me, you don't hesitate.

Sessions that fit around your life

Work demands, young children, cultural commitments, chronic fatigue — none of these are obstacles. They're the context the plan is built around.

Culturally aware, genuinely

Advice that respects what you eat, how your family functions, and what your lifestyle actually looks like — not a generic Western template applied to everyone.

Every body is different. Every plan is too.

I've worked with clients managing desk-related pain, postural imbalances, Type 2 diabetes, MS, fibromyalgia, post-surgical recovery, and ADHD — among many other things. Whatever you're carrying, the plan adapts to the actual person in front of me, not a template.

Frictionless, simple sessions

Every session is saved to your app. You can follow it independently, review form cues, track progress, and message me directly if you need guidance. I review your solo sessions too — so support is always there, without it feeling like homework.

Consistency, not perfection

Missing a week isn't failure — it's life. We build plans that survive disruption, so you're not starting from zero every time something comes up.

A bit about me

I've been working out my whole life. And for most of it, I had no idea what I was doing.

I'm in my 40s, a vegetarian, a mother of three, and someone who has been in and around fitness for as long as I can remember. My mum — who worked her own factory floor because she genuinely loved to move and lift — was my earliest example that strength doesn't require a gym membership or perfect conditions to workout. She's in her late sixties now, and still stronger than most people half her age.

But even with nearly two decades of working out, after having my children I went back to the gym and realised I didn't truly understand what I was doing. I'd had personal trainers. Some were excellent. But none of them had taught me how to train without them. I had to figure it out myself — how to set up equipment, how to build a session, how to progress safely. That experience is the reason autonomy sits at the centre of everything I do.

I qualified as a Personal Trainer because I love helping people — genuinely, practically, in a way that makes their daily life better. The fitness industry has a habit of making movement feel complicated, expensive, or all-or-nothing. It isn't. Whether you train once a week or three times, whether you walk for ten minutes or lift for forty — it all counts, it all compounds, and it all adds up to something real over time.
Understanding how the nervous system responds to stress and movement — not just how muscles respond to load — changed how I coach. It's why I don't just hand someone a programme and count reps. It's why we regulate before we push, and why clients who've struggled for years suddenly find something clicks.

"For the first time I don't find going to the gym intimidating or a chore. Really great to have someone who doesn't jump to dieting or limiting traditional foods."

- Darshina, teaching professional

"The sessions became the highlight of his day. Since starting, we've seen a massive boost in his confidence, mobility, and energy levels."

- Giovanni, whose father trained post brain injury

"She started me off with baby steps that were realistic for my busy life as a parent. I've lost 5kg without feeling like I had to do anything extreme."

- Miriam, HR professional

"I've lost weight, feel fitter — no more morning joint pain — and to my amazement, I now actually enjoy working out."

- Asha, business owner and mum of two
